Our employees must retain current certifications with the Colorado Board of Nursing and other regulatory agencies as required.

Our Training
Everyone who comes to work for Argus of Colorado receives extensive orientation to our philosophy, mission and purpose.

We take particular pride in our Personal Care Provider (PCP) Training in which we provide a combination of:

• Classroom training
• On-the-job training
• One-on-one guidance for those PCP's who may be just entering the home-health-care field

Our Home Care Manager reviews the performances of our PCP's to insure that quality care is, and will continue to be, provided to our clients.

All our staff receives on-going training and supervision in the field, through in-services provided by Argus and by attending professional training outside of Argus. This educational training not only keeps our employees within current licensing requirements but promotes a learning environment for our staff. The client care team is supported by office staff to keep them connected.
